Detailed Scope of Work:
The Atlantis Condominiums stands 10 stories tall along the beachfront of Perdido Key in Pensacola, and A Painters Touch LLC was proud to complete this high-rise exterior transformation with a focus on precision, safety, and long-term protection. Due to the scale and height of the structure, our professional crews utilized a combination of aerial lifts and roof-mounted swing stages, allowing safe and efficient access to every exterior surface while maintaining strict safety protocols.
All exterior cracks were thoroughly sealed using elastomeric caulking, engineered to flex with the building and prevent future settling-related cracking. The entire structure was then pressure washed from top to bottom to ensure proper surface preparation. To finish the project, two heavy coats of premium silicone coating were applied, providing exceptional durability and protection against salt air, moisture, and harsh coastal conditions. The result is a refreshed, protected high-rise exterior built to withstand the demanding beachfront environment.
