Joshua Douglas
Owner of A Painter's Touch LLC
Born and raised in the small town of Sidney, New York, I grew up with a strong sense of community and family. With two younger sisters and an older brother, my childhood was full of memorable moments. My work ethic developed early on while most kids were enjoying snow days inside, I was out knocking on doors, offering to shovel driveways and sidewalks. From the beginning, I believed in doing work with pride and precision, a philosophy that's carried me through every job I've taken on.
At 17, I moved to Florida and graduated from Sebastian River High School. I later settled in Orlando, where I began my career in water restoration and mold remediation, eventually managing crews across a wide region and working closely with insurance adjusters. My journey then took me offshore to the Gulf of Mexico, working in seismic operations and marine mammal observation, ensuring the protection of ocean life during oil exploration.
The offshore life, with its long stints away from home, made me realize I wanted something more grounded, especially as I envisioned starting a family. Today, I'm happily married and a proud father to a newborn daughter. With a family to support, my commitment to growing A Painter's Touch LLC and delivering exceptional results for my clients has only deepened. I initially painted homes during my time off from offshore work, until the business grew enough to pursue full-time.
Now, more than ten years later, I'm proud to lead a team of exceptional painters. My dedication to customer satisfaction and flawless workmanship remains at the core of everything we do. I believe in delivering the highest quality service to every customer and am honored to have built a company that reflects these values.
Bill Frank
Lead Estimator and Project Coordinator
Hi, I'm Bill! I grew up right here in Orlando and graduated from Lake Highland Preparatory School before earning my degree from Florida Southern College in Lakeland. While working at Disney World, I was fortunate to meet my wife. After we got married, we spent ten memorable years on the West Coast, where my wife worked as a dedicated 911 dispatcher, helping save lives during medical, police, and fire rescue emergencies.
Now back in Florida, we're raising our two amazing kids and fully embracing everything Central Florida has to offer. From spontaneous Disney trips to peaceful fishing days and beach outings, life's been an adventure, and we wouldn't have it any other way!
As your project coordinator, I'm here to ensure that all of your questions are answered, and your project runs smoothly from start to finish. I love what I do, and I'm passionate about helping in any way I can, so please don't hesitate to reach out!
Tiffany Douglas
Office Manager
As the full-time Office Manager at A Painter’s Touch, LLC, Tiffany Douglas plays a critical role in the company’s daily operations and long-term success. She manages scheduling, material acquisition, vendor coordination, documentation, and client communication—ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Her behind-the-scenes work keeps the team organized and the client experience seamless.
Tiffany has been part of APT since the early days, supporting her son, company owner Joshua Douglas, as he grew the business into what it is today. Her background in real estate, logistics, and operations brings a strong foundation of structure and strategic thinking to the team.
She is also the founder of Tiffany’s All-In-One Home Solutions, a service designed to simplify the buying and selling process by coordinating trusted professionals—including APT—for everything from staging to repairs. While she holds an active real estate license, Tiffany’s passion lies in organization and delivering results behind the scenes.
Her favorite motto, “Making the Impossible Possible… One Home at a Time,” captures the heart she brings to every role she plays at APT.
Danny Fernando Victoria
Crew Leader
Danny Fernando Victoria brings both determination and heart to every project he leads. Born in Colombia in 1995, he moved to the United States at the age of 16 and completed his education at Northeast High School in Philadelphia, graduating in 2015. Motivated by a strong sense of service, Danny pursued a degree in criminal justice and earned his bachelor’s from the Community College of Philadelphia in 2018, even attending the police academy for four years.
Although his path didn’t lead him into law enforcement, it steered him toward his true calling: professional painting — a trade he learned side by side with his father. Together, they launched a successful painting business in Philadelphia, laying the foundation for a career built on integrity, skill, and dedication.
Danny and his family relocated to Orlando and have been an integral part of A Painter’s Touch LLC ever since. With nearly a decade of painting experience, Danny leads with precision, patience, and genuine passion. As a crew leader, he’s known for being a quick learner, a loyal teammate, and a respectful leader.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys mountain biking, playing soccer, and swimming. He’s a proud family man and deeply values the time he spends with his parents, who continue to be a guiding force in his life.

Fernando Fernandez

Born and raised in Venezuela until the age of 23, I am fluent in both English and Spanish. After visiting the U.S. on vacation, I fell in love with the country and decided to make it my home and build my career here. With a background in running and leading crews in Venezuela, I've successfully transitioned to doing the same in the U.S., where my hard work and dedication set me apart from other painters.
I'm passionate about going above and beyond for my clients, always striving to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied. When I'm not working, I enjoy outdoor sports, staying active, and spending time with my daughter. If you're assigned to my crew, I guarantee your project will be completed with precision and care. I'm always available to discuss any concerns and ensure you're pleased with the final results.
Luis Victoria

With over 20 years of experience in painting and construction, Luis Victoria brings craftsmanship, discipline, and heart to every project at A Painters Touch, LLC. Now based in Florida, Luis is known for his steady leadership and exceptional work ethic.
A Journey Fueled by Family and Grit
Born and raised in Colombia, Luis moved to the U.S. in 1999 in search of a better life for his family. Despite language barriers and starting from scratch, he worked tirelessly in roofing and drywall before discovering his passion for painting. His journey is defined by resilience and a deep love for his family.
Building a Legacy Together
Luis and his son Danny launched a family-run painting business in Philadelphia, with Danny managing operations and Luis leading production. Their success not only transformed their home but gave the family the means to celebrate milestones—like surprising their daughter with a magical Disney trip. After years of hard work up north, the family relocated to Florida to begin a new chapter.

Martin Venegas
Crew Leader
Born in a small town in Mexico, I grew up on a farm surrounded by cows, horses, and chickens. At 17, I moved to California and entered the construction industry, where I learned everything from painting and framing to flooring. With the skills I gained, I could practically build a house with my bare hands. However, painting became my true passion, and I've been committed to it ever since.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, I moved to Florida 19 years ago, where I've been consistently painting and leading crews. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the look on customers' faces when they see the transformation of their home with new colors. I've raised six kids and two grandsons, and when I'm not working, I'm spending quality time with my family.
