Detailed Scope of Work:
A Painters Touch LLC was contracted to perform a complete interior repaint of the Hyatt Hotel, an eight-story property. Our team was responsible for painting every guest room, hallway, and main lobby area, including all interior wall surfaces, ceilings, doors, door jambs, baseboards, and trim.
Before painting, our crew carefully covered and protected all existing furniture and fixtures, as every room remained furnished throughout the project. We utilized thick rollers to help minimize the appearance of heavy existing wall textures and achieve a clean, uniform finish across all surfaces, as requested by the client.
Our scope included sanding and refinishing all metal doors and jambs to correct previous paint applications and ensure long-term durability. We also applied primer where needed on new or repaired drywall before painting.
Throughout the project, two superintendents were on site at all times to maintain communication, coordination, and safety. Regular safety meetings were conducted once or twice weekly, and our crews performed full daily cleanups.
A Painters Touch LLC worked closely with multiple contractors to ensure smooth coordination across trades and timely completion. We implemented a detailed room-by-room tracking process — documenting before-and-after photos, maintaining weekly reports, and noting any areas requiring touch-ups or additional attention.
Despite scheduling challenges inherent in large hospitality projects, our team completed all eight stories within approximately three months.
