A Painters Touch LLC was selected by Empire Management Group on behalf of Thatcher’s Landing HOA to implement a long-term exterior repaint maintenance program for the community. Rather than waiting for every building to require repainting at once, this proactive program allows the HOA to maintain the neighborhood’s appearance and protect property values year-round.
Each year, our team repaints six to seven buildings, ensuring the community remains vibrant, protected, and consistent in aesthetic quality. The seven-to-eight-year full-cycle plan allows the HOA to avoid the financial strain of a full-community repaint in a single year, enabling predictable, manageable annual budgets while maintaining a fresh, well-kept appearance for all residents.
Our crews utilize premium coatings, expert surface preparation, and consistent color matching so that every phase blends seamlessly with previously completed buildings. The result is a neighborhood that always looks well-maintained, without major disruptions or financial burdens, keeping Thatcher’s Landing HOA visually appealing and structurally protected.
